Creative South is focused around the community of our industry. On the team, we always say at our meetings how this event isn’t about us, it’s not about the speakers, it’s about the people attending. We want to foster an environment that is different from other conferences, where you get to see old friends, make new friends, and be sad when it’s time to go home. It’s an opportunity to be inspired by some of the best folks in the industry, but the core of the event is the fireside chat time over meals with each other, getting to know the people behind the pixels and form real friendships and relationships with our peers. It’s one of the few events where attendees really feel like they get to hang out and talk to anyone. Other friends, speakers, etc and we’re all just normal people.
