Kiosha is an experienced marketing and communications specialists working as the Marketing Director for Richland School District One. She is also the sole proprietor of Digitize Marketing, a social media marketing consultancy for companies such as the American Heart Association, Toyota, and University of South Carolina.

Brynley is a proud University of South Carolina Graduate. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open, ByFarr Design, where she is the owner and creative director. She works with a creative, all-woman team to produce graphic design, letterpress printing and marketing work which includes Fig Columbia, an all-local magazine that encompasses her love for Columbia. Outside of work, Brynley loves to spend her days on the water with her husband and two boys—whether it’s sailing, kayaking around Lake Murray, or wakesurfing.
